The next ETEBA meeting in New Mexico will be held on Thursday, October 9, 2008. Speaker information will be sent out soon.The meeting will be held at the Hilton Santa Fe Historic Plaza, 100 Sandoval Street, Santa Fe, New Mexico, Tel: 1-505-988-2811. The guest speaker will be Mr. Lenny Martinez from the Governor’s office he will be speaking on the Super Computer Project. 

Directions

From I-25 take the St. Francis/Santa Fe Plaza exit, continue North to Cerrillos Road. Turn right on Cerrillos Road. Access the left lane; follow the left split which turns into Sandoval Street. Remain on Sandoval Street for .5 miles. The Hilton Santa Fe Historic Plaza is on the left hand side when after crossing over West Alameda. View all directions, map, and airport information The meeting will follow the normal ETEBA format, beginning with a social period at 5:30 pm, dinner at 6:30 pm, and program at 7:00 pm. Anyone who is interested in attending should make a reservation by calling Grace Martinez at 505-661-4964 or sending an e-mail to grace.martinez@smsi.us

Dinner payment of $30.00 for pre-registered members and $40.00 for nonmembers or members registering onsite will be taken by cash, or check made payable to ETEBA at the door.

PLEASE NOTE:

--Reservations MUST BE received by COB on Tuesday, October 7, 2008.

--Individuals who make a reservation but DO NOT attend will be billed for the meeting.

--Cancellations WILL NOT be accepted after COB on Wednesday, October 8, 2008.

 

ETEBA Inclement Weather Policy: 
      If  Knox and/or Oak Ridge City schools are closed on the day of a scheduled membership meeting due to inclement weather, the meeting will be cancelled and rescheduled (if possible).
